  As my first rental property I have been extremely disappointed with the service (or lack there of) that I have received. I have been in my property for 3 months and from the beginning, my property manager has been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I've written emails that have been ignored, called over and over again to be ignored and get no response. When I finally threatened to go to fair trading with my issues (all of which outlined in an email) I got a response that made clear to me that these people have done this multiple times and are not in the business of making people's property LIVABLE and SAFE but only in the business of making money. I am so disappointed with the horrible treatment that I have received from these people that if I ever see the name Raine and Horne Baulkham Hills on a property I will run in the opposite direction.
  
  I hope that no one ever has to go through what I did.
