- Peter Daniel Added September 10, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If there was 0 stars I would put 0 stars. I ordered/purchased and paid in full 3-4 days before my girlfriends birthday before the delivery date. The flowers weren’t delivered on her birthday and they weren’t delivered at all, very poor service I strongly don’t recommend this florist. Why would you accept money and an order if you can’t fulfil the requirements of the order? I don’t understand? Also when notified the next day that the flowers weren’t delivered they didn’t offer any compensation or anything just a full refund and “sorry about that”. Very poor management….. never again.

My flowers arrive with plenty of time to spare and my goodness how beautiful the flower arrangement was just perfect for my table.

I wanted to do the same today however, I was spoken to very rudely by a male staff member. This member of staff abruptly told me that this was not possible and that I would be costing him money. Disappointing customer service.
