- Anika Sagdic Added October 27, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Just WOW! The customer service at this shop was just phenomenal. Food was terrific and the nice girl who served me was so polite and caring. Even helped me take my son's birthday cake to my car. I think her name was Charlie. She made conversation and made me feel very welcomed in the store. 10/10! Will definitely be coming in very regularly after this amazing visit!

- Park Emily Added October 11, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The old lady who served me hates you when you use your free coffee coupon(for your 10th coffee from the cafe). I greeted her and asked her if I could use my free coffee coupon then she doesn't even greet you back and said "WHAT DO YOU WANT" and when the coffee was ready, she did not even tell me it was but just left it on the counter without saying anything. The worst part was, I ordered mocha and she gave me something else(I think latte). I think this cafe should remove free coffee coupon when you just hate serving people using their free coffee coupon. (I still have some free coffee coupons left which indicates that I and my husband been regular customers-but not anymore) Worst cafe experience ever.
